We provide:

Coaching & Consulting (including 1:1 sessions)
Community Membership (through Circle)
Digital Products (e.g., templates, courses)

We may add physical products in the future through dropshipping.

3. User Accounts & Community Membership

Circle Account: You must create a username and password in our Community on Circle. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Behavior & Conduct: No spam, harassment, or disrespectful behavior is allowed. Violations may lead to immediate removal or banning from the Community.
Content Ownership: We retain ownership of all Community content. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose it without our permission. We reserve the right to remove posts or content that violate our guidelines or brand values.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment Processors: We use Stripe and PayPal for transactions.
Subscription Services: Our Marketing Mastery Membership is billed monthly or bi-annually. You must cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
Refund Policy: Digital Products & Community: All sales are final. If you feel unsatisfied, contact us to discuss a resolution.
1:1 Coaching: We offer a money-back guarantee if you have made a best-effort attempt and still see no results. We can also extend our work at no extra cost until you reach the agreed goals.
